What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a data-driven, clinically tested, community based, strength and conditioning program. CrossFit develops a fitness that is broad and inclusive; we specialize in not specializing. Our clients eliminate their physical weaknesses by mastering gymnastics (body control), weightlifting (control of external objects), and cardiovascular training (running, rowing, swimming, and biking). There is no secret why our program works. Our workouts are hard and intense and will push you into a new place physically and mentally.
