The community WOD (short for Workout Of the Day) is a FREE class that will give you a chance to experience CrossFit while using easy to learn movements

This is a great class to bring your curious friends to and no advanced registration necessary! We offer our Community WOD so people can experience what it’s like to do CrossFit in a CrossFit gym with others who are involved or interested.

Every Saturday at 10AM! Feel free to stop in when you can.

How do I become a member?

So you fell in love? Join the club…literally. You can sign up to our CrossFit 101 class where we’ll go more in depth on movements and terminology one on one with you so you can jump into a group class and be ready to go!
