Learn the basics & join our class
CrossFit 101 is our 4 day program for all new members. You will start your program on Monday at 7:00am or 6:30pm and will finish your last class on Thursday. Here’s what you’ll learn:
How to correctly and safely execute the foundational movements needed for CrossFit group class.
How to scale (modify) CrossFit workouts and movements to match your abilities and create a baseline of personal fitness.
Repeated practice on proper form and technique used in our foundational movements.
How to use and operate our equipment.
How to understand and familiarize yourself with CrossFit verbiage (WOD, AMRAP etc.)
Connect and meet with trainers and members in our community!
CrossFit 101 is $79 and there is no obligation to move directly into regular group membership. We hope and believe that you will want to join us in group class and experience firsthand how our gym can change your life through fitness.
To enroll for CrossFit 101, pick one of the two start times that work with your schedule. Your program will finish in four consecutive days.
You will pay online through our secure payment system. (You can also do this in person at our gym!)

Hey I’m PaT Woods!
I've been the GM and owner of CrossFit Clintonville since we opened our doors in 2014. I hold multiple fitness certifications; CrossFit Level 3, CrossFit Gymnastics, USAW-L1, USATF-L1, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and I am the programmer for our gym.
It has been my passion to help our members reach their fitness goals and to ultimately become healthier people by increasing their physical, mental and social well being. I have loved watching our community grow and the transformation that happens in their lives because of CrossFit and the power of working out together.
