
New To crossfit? Try CrossFit 101
CrossFit 101 is our four-class program for newcomers to CrossFit.
During this program, you’ll attend 4 classes in one week. Classes are available Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
You’ll learn these critical skills:
How to scale (modify) CrossFit workouts to match your abilities and create a baseline of personal fitness
Proper form and technique in all movements
How to use and operate all of our equipment
How to understand and familiarize yourself with CrossFit verbiage (WOD, AMRAP etc.)
Connect and meet with trainers and members in our community
CrossFit 101 costs just $70, and there’s no obligation to buy a CrossFit Clintonville membership. If you decide to join CrossFit Clintonville after CrossFit 101, you’ll be well prepared for our regular CrossFit group classes.
To enroll in CrossFit 101, register and pay online through our secure payment system or you can sign up in the gym! Then, decide which class time works best for you: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:00-8:00 a.m. or 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Once you’ve committed to a schedule, just drop into the next CrossFit 101 class on that schedule, NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. It’s that simple! We start a new 101 program every Monday.
