The CrossFit Open is upon us! This year we want to try something a little different. Intramural teams - led by Team Captains (the awesome coaches at CFC!), where our members who sign up will be placed on a team that’ll earn points in a variety of ways.

Push each other to do your best in the Open
Work together to earn points in other ways like bringing a friend to a Friday Night Lights event or creating team signage to cheer each other on
