what is Quick Fit?

This class will incorporate cardio, bodybuilding, functional, rehabilitative and preventative movements.  You'll still get the camaraderie that we're so proud of at CrossFit Clintonville, but this class won't have the heavy lifting/barbell work or the 'Rx vs scaled' structure that can be intimidating at times.  As always, we will be able to modify and accommodate any injury/mobility issues.  Coach Kate (Weezy) Shumaker will be the lead trainer, and she has an incredible wealth of knowledge and certifications in all styles of the fitness world; NASM-CPT, CF-L1, AL-P candidate, Precision nutrition, Birthfit, USAW L1 and prenatal and postpartum.
