why crossfit?
CrossFit is a data-driven, clinically tested, community based, strength and conditioning program. CrossFit develops a fitness that is broad and inclusive; we specialize in not specializing. Our clients eliminate their physical weaknesses by mastering gymnastics (body control), weightlifting (control of external objects), and cardiovascular training (running, rowing, swimming, and biking). There is no secret why our program works. Our workouts are hard and intense and will push you into a new place physically and mentally.

CrossFit Clintonville opened its doors in the Summer of 2014.
Since then, we have transformed an old Hostess Outlet into a CrossFit Box complete with an Olympic weightlifting club, multiple styles of classes and PT services!
our 3 step process
Follow these 3 steps and get started on your CrossFit journey:

Before you get into classes we want to get to know you and your goals! When you set up time to do your 101 you’ll be contacted by one of our coaches to get you started!

Our 101 program can be completed in just 4 days! You’ll learn everything you need to know and our coaches will always be giving tips and insight during classes for our new members.

Once you’ve finished your 101 program you can scan the QR code after class to select a membership type and get started the next day. See you at the gym!
